.uk Register reaches 7 million domains

Nominet, the UK domain registry have just informed us that the size of the .uk register has recently reached the 7 million mark. This significant growth, of over one million extra domains since July 2007 was marked by the registration of tootsdrivingschool.co.uk, was by Toots Driving School, based in Ilford, London.
