We have just received the following announcement from Nominet:
“We are pleased to report the outcomes of our AGM held on 30 April 2008.

A formal poll was held, using weighted voting, for the election of
non-executive directors. Jim Davies and Gordon Dick were elected to serve
on the Board of Nominet UK for a period of two years. 440 members voted,
15.84% of the electorate and 4,632,944 votes were cast, 60.17% of the
total number of votes.

So Jim Davies and Gordon Dick were elected to Nominet’s board (good luck to them).

On Resolution 6..

A formal poll was held, using weighted voting, for special resolution 6.
60.60% voted in favour. The resolution was not passed.
