If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of ordering any of the above Plans, you may cancel and we will refund all fees, less the usual registration cost of any Domain Names included within the Plan.

Services or items which cannot be cancelled include:

1. Domain Name Registration or Renewal costs.
2. Plan set-up fees
3. Upgrades fees from one Plan to another
4. SSL Certificates and other add-on products.

This refund policy is limited to one use per customer.
