Helpdesk
For existing customers Helpdesk support should be via email or support ticket, in the first instance, rather than phone.
We are in the process of installing a new telephone PBX system to properly cope with sales and helpdesk calls, to ensure these are efficiently routed and handled due to the distributed way we work.

Weycrest Management:
Paul formed Weycrest as an "umbrella company" to allow him to be an IT contractor in 1998, working for such firms as Seimens Nixdorf.
Paul then ran the technical systems of Malvern based Simply.Com Limited for four years as `Chief Technical Officer.` After Simply was sold in 2004 for £2.15 he stayed on at Namesco (Names.co.uk) as Senior Systems Administrator to allow the technical systems to be merged.
In October 2005 he "rebooted" Weycrest to offer "ethical domain registration" and hosting following his experiences as a successful domainer. Paul is now restructuring the company to offer reliable, value for money, hosting, broadband and VoIP services.
Alan Roberts. Alan is Weycrest Chairman and Comp.Sec. When not dressing up as a soldier, Alan can best be described as a "serial entrepreneur" which interests in the metalwork, hardware and security business. He is also a well known London night club promoter.
